I’m Casey Lucio – mom of seven, Nonna to three, business owner, career professional, and professional juggler of all things controlled chaos. Let’s be honest – it’s a lot chaos, and a little control! Between my corporate career and running two businesses, my days are full – but full of the good stuff. I love hosting, creating memorable experiences, and giving back through philanthropy. Building Graze Station and The Gather has allowed me to combine all of those passions into one place where creativity, community, and connection come to life. At the end of the day, family is my anchor and my “why.” They inspire every idea, every event, and every new adventure I take on – because when you build from the heart, you can’t help but create something special.

Hey, I’m Meredith Smalley — professional snack curator, chaos coordinator, mom to two crazy boys, and wife to Josh. After 12 years of bouncing from Chicago to Ann Arbor and finally landing back in Ohio, I found myself deep in stay-at-home-mom life thinking, okay… time to get my groove back. I wanted something for me, something for my family, and something my boys could look at one day and say, “Wow— Mom was apart of building this.” I’ve always been the girl who loves to host, cook, entertain, and gather everyone together — so turning that passion into a career just made sense. And honestly… is it really a job if I’m having this much fun? Because the creativity lets me zone out, refill my cup, and build something I’m insanely proud of. What started as one wild idea — Graze Station — turned into two crazy (amazing) ideas with The Gather. And at this point? We’re not putting a ceiling on anything. The sky is the absolute limit.
